Graphic Design Intern & Digital Content Intern

The Graphic Design & Digital Content Intern supports the Creative Director by assisting with graphic design, website updates, digital asset management, and product documentation. This internship provides hands-on experience with marketing, branding, websites, catalogs, and product materials while supporting the company's marketing and product development efforts. Create and edit marketing materials using established brand standards. Organize and maintain the company's photo and video library.Develop and maintain file organization, naming conventions, and digital asset libraries.Prepare images for print, web, email, and distributor use.Archive outdated assets and maintain current marketing materials.Assist with photo selection for catalogs, product pages, and marketing materials. Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and design principles.Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Teams) preferred.Familiarity with WordPress and WooCommerce preferred.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Must have reliable transportation to attend weekly in-person work sessions at the Verona office.Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, communicating regularly through Microsoft Teams, and meeting deadlines.
