You'll have the opportunity to be a part of the initial process of a creative project and be able to see the project all the way through to its final stages. Knowledge & Skills: • Passionate about design, typography, art and culture • Currently in a graphic design, marketing, or comparable program • Ability to multitask with an awareness for timing and urgency • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, collaborative, and responsive • Ability to problem solve and follow art direction • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with particular strength in Photoshop and InDesign • High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite • A portfolio demonstrating expertise in design with applications in branding, marketing and corporate communications, if possible • Skills in Motion design and After Effects and/or HTML/CSS a plus In addition, LCS creates a collaborative culture that provides an exceptional experience for every employee.
