Graphic Design Internship

Toledo Zoo & Aquarium The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium is currently seeking a Graphic Design Intern for the Summer term, May to August. This position will be responsible for a range of projects, including but not limited to, print, digital, illustration, environmental design, purchase ordering, and production. This position will work as part of the Creative Services team and report to the Director of Visual Communications. Minimum Training and Experience • Must have completed at least one year in a graphic design or visual communications design undergraduate program • Submit a resume and digital portfolio of projects from college courses or previous internship programs • Proficient in an iMac environment, Adobe Creative Suite and Office 365 • Understands layout, typography, hierarchy and adhering to brand standards • Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines • Excellent organization skills with digital filing systems • Works well with a team and with others across multiple departments • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
