Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design? RxBenefits is excited to invite applications for a Graphic Design Internship on our expanding marketing team. As an intern, you will work closely with our Creative Director in Birmingham, Alabama, to help us elevate the RxBenefits brand. This is an incredible opportunity to learn and actively participate in creating visually compelling content that resonates with our target audiences.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Creative team in developing a variety of print and digital marketing materials, including:
• Email campaigns
• Company Blog content
• Website graphics
• Social Media posts
• Infographics
• eBooks and White Papers
• Digital Advertisements
• Brochures and Flyers
• Presentations (e.g., PowerPoint slides)
• Adhere to brand guidelines and meet project deadlines
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to explore your design skills across various media
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate innovative design concepts
• Manage projects from initial concept to final execution
• Engage as an active member of our marketing and creative teams by attending meetings and coordinating with stakeholders

Requirements:
• Pursuing a degree in graphic design or related fields such as visual communications or digital design
• Basic understanding of layouts, typography, composition, color theory, and graphic design fundamentals
• Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite software, including:
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• InDesign
• Premiere Pro/After Effects (is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to think creatively and conceptually on how to visually communicate our products and services in engaging ways
• Must provide a portfolio showcasing current graphic design work
