Atomic Marketing is a full-service marketing agency that helps businesses grow through creative branding, social media, paid advertising, web design, and digital marketing. We're looking for a creative, motivated Graphic Design Intern who wants real-world agency experience working with a variety of local and national brands.

This is a paid internship where you'll work on real client projects, collaborate with an experienced marketing team, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment. Responsibilities

Design graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Create logos, branding assets, flyers, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.

Support the creative team with content production, including photo shoots, video production, content planning, and on-site production assistance.

Assist with photo editing and image retouching.

Prepare files for print and digital production.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign assets.

Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts.

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Stay up to date on design trends and social media best practices.

Incorporate feedback quickly and professionally. Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work (school projects welcome).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual design principles.

Photography skills are a big plus for this role.

Must be based in El Paso, Texas, to travel to local client locations for content production.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills.
