Responsibilities: Design routine-to-complex projects such as: newsletters, infographics, logos, presentation visuals, illustrations, brochures, booklets, posters/flyers, digital collateral including social media content and images for digital newsletters Produce clean and artful designs, aligning with Health Education Services’ and the university’s standards and brand guidelines Collaborate with staff and students, ensuring design products appeal to the student population Manage production timeline for all design projects; work with printers to ensure product quality and on-time delivery Qualifications / Skills: Undergraduate or graduate student studying graphic design, media arts, or a related field Experience (whether inside or outside the classroom) designing print and online materials Ability to create designs that appeal to the college population Attention to detail is essential Flexible team player willing to work with health professionals and students Self-starter who is highly creative and innovative Ability to work independently and meet deadlines (sometimes time turnaround times) Technical Skills: Strong skills in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva Time Commitment: We are looking for someone to start immediately.
