The Graphic Design Lead serves Southland by establishing and implementing design standards and processes. Team leadership is an important part of this position as this position leads a team of designers that serves the Church at large while providing design solutions for a variety of digital and print mediums and ensuring continuity and consistency. Essential Position Responsibilities: Supervise... and lead the Graphic Design team Delegate job responsibilities among team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline working closely with the Creative Director and other graphic designers to conceptualize, design, and execute promotional and marketing materials for the designated ministry or event. Designing and producing materials including logos, screen graphics, signage, environmental graphics, promotional items, etc. Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide the best quality of designs Assist the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adapt them according to the objectives of the project Collaborate with the Communications Lead and Creative Director to manage Southland Brands Other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For: A strong belief in the mission, and core values of Southland Great attention to detail and the ability to solve problems quickly Bachelor degree in design or equivalent professional experience The ability to develop and support volunteers A desire to grow, learn and get better The ability to receive feedback and make adjustments as necessary A spirit of collaboration Sound like you?
