Graphic Design Lead

An integrated marketing and customer experience consultancy is seeking a Graphic Design Lead to help drive branding and visual design initiatives across a range of client engagements. This person will bring strong branding expertise, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to guide junior designers while maintaining a high creative standard across deliverables. Key Responsibilities • Lead design initiatives from concept through final execution across brand and marketing projects • Translate brand systems across multiple channels including presentation decks, digital campaigns, and print collateral • Serve as the primary creative lead and client‑facing design partner on assigned projects • Present creative work to clients and stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including strategy, account, and program management • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously • Maintain high creative standards across all deliverables • Mentor and guide junior designers while providing creative direction and feedback • Support or direct photo and video shoots when needed • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and elevate creative processes Qualifications • 6–10 years of experience in an agency or similar creative environment • Strong portfolio showcasing branding systems and multi‑channel design work • Expertise in typography, layout, and visual systems • Experience presenting creative work and leading client conversations • Experience mentoring or overseeing junior designers • Strong understanding of print production and file preparation Tools & Technical Skills
