You will need to be a strong project manager working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high level of design skills to perform a variety of design jobs in various stages of completion. The position requires collaboration with many Marketing and Business Development team members in a variety of departments and you must have open, client-centric communication to ensure project objectives are achieved and deadlines are met. How You Will Contribute • Translate client needs and marketing strategies into designs and creative projects for internal and external marketing channels, including ads, brochures, exhibit graphics, email campaigns, posters, presentations, social media images, firmwide campaigns, etc. • Work independently with internal clients to achieve brand-compliant creative strategies and work • Collaborate with other Creative Team members to ensure consistent brand style through all project designs and communications • Proactively pitch and ideate new concepts to Creative leaders to always be innovating • Use resources to stay current in the design industry, including brand research, concepts, and Adobe software capabilities and updates • Submit weekly invoicing in our system • Manage the firms' print advertisements • Produce company-branded marketing deliverables and graphics Learns lessons from mistakes • Capability to lead creative discussions independently with internal clients • Ability to assume responsibility for projects in existing stages of completion • Effective time management to simultaneously work on multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines • Ability to offer new ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to team members • Be able to vocalize suggestions and concerns directly and professionally
