Design engaging visual content for marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, email, video, and presentations Collaborate with creative directors, marketers, writers, and project managers to translate strategic goals into compelling designs Conceptualize and execute creative ideas from initial concept through final production Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment Maintain and evolve brand standards while ensuring visual consistency across all channels Prepare production-ready files and support final production as needed Stay current with design, culture, technology, and emerging trends Leverage emerging creative technologies, including AI, to enhance creativity and streamline workflows Bachelor's degree in Design or related field 5-7 years of experience as a designer on an in-house marketing team or at an agency A portfolio demonstrating exceptional modern design, including editorial design, print, static and animated paid media, and integrated marketing campaigns Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management tools such as Asana Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
