Primary responsibilities for this role include: • Graphic Design & Brand Development • Design and manage production of campaign asset including infographics, brochures, trade show graphics, and digital ads • Develop and maintain brand visual identity across all platforms in alignment with global brand standards • Collaborate with product management, market development, and applications teams to ensure scientific accuracy and compelling visual storytelling • Video Production & Motion Graphics • Lead the end-to-end development of product launch videos, customer testimonials, application spotlights, and educational content • Storyboard, film, edit, and produce short- and long-form videos optimized for web, social, and events • Source and direct freelance video talent and manage post-production workflows as needed • Project & Vendor Management • Manage internal creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met • Collaborate with external vendors including freelance designers, printers, and video production houses • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with campaign managers, digital marketers, and sales enablement to develop high-performing creative assets • Support scientific content creation through visual enhancement of posters, presentations, and infographics We know there is no such thing as the perfect candidate and that there is great value in transferrable skills, so please don't feel you have to tick all of the above boxes to apply! Compensation And Core Benefits • We anticipate a salary between $80,000 and $95,000 for this role, depending on the candidate's experience.
