Primary Purpose: Lead design team in developing, managing and delivery of effective and compelling design solutions across Department divisions and stakeholder touch points while maintaining brand standards, the HCDE mission and goals. • Participate in designing and redesigning advertisements, brochures, web page graphics, logos, illustrations and other forms of visual communication. • Serve as a consultant for staff and partners concerning the visual brand identity. • Manage a suite of easy to use templates/tools for non-design staff to utilize for presentations, social posts and one-pagers. • Work closely with executive staff to produce dynamic presentations that showcase the work of the Department and divisions.
