Ardurra is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to join our Marketing Team! Supervise and support the Graphic Design team, providing day‑to‑day guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure strong performance and collaboration.Manage team workload, assign projects, track progress, and help balance priorities to meet deadlines and departmental needs.Partner with Marketing and Corporate Communications to understand project requirements, align creative work with messaging goals, and ensure cohesive brand representation.Help drive and maintain brand standards across all visual materials, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and quality.Collaborate with departments, practice areas, and internal stakeholders to assess design needs, provide creative solutions, and support internal and external initiatives.Contribute to the creation and refinement of visual assets including digital graphics, presentations, promotional materials, templates, and other branded design elements.Support organization and structure of asset library.Review design work for accuracy, brand alignment, and quality after final delivery.Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices to support team development and continuous improvement.Perform additional duties as needed to support team and organizational goals.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong ability to lead and support a design team, fostering collaboration, team culture, and clear communication.Solid understanding of workload management, project coordination, and prioritization in a fast‑paced environment.Strong knowledge of brand standards and corporate identity systems, with the ability to apply and uphold them consistently.Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional partners and external vendors.Skilled in presenting design concepts, gathering feedback, and translating needs into visual solutions.Proficiency in industry‑standard design software and tools.Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.Education and Experience Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.10+ years of relevant graphic design experience, including leadership or team‑lead responsibilities.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; familiarity with Canva and PowerPoint preferred.Strong design skills across digital and print channels, with experience in typography, layout, brand standards, templates, and visual storytelling.Ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, compelling visual communications.Experience within the AEC industry is preferred; proposal or professional services design experience is a plus.Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Working Environment / Physical Requirements
