Graphic Design Manager

Managing a small team while contributing hands-on, the remote Graphic Design Manager will oversee the quality and execution of visual design outputs, ensuring alignment with brand standards across various marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities Own and evolve the graphic design vision for campaigns, product marketing, and events, ensuring high-quality and on-brand work Directly manage and mentor the Graphic Design Team, providing feedback and fostering professional growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated creative solutions and lead creative reviews and stakeholder presentations Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3+ years in a management role A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and storytelling across digital and brand experiences Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of HTML5 and CSS is a plus Experience working with marketing teams on campaigns and product marketing initiatives Strong leadership skills with a proactive mindset and dedication to operational excellence
