Graphic Design Manager

The Design Manager is responsible for leading and developing DIG's graphic design team while serving as a hands on contributor to client projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced graphic designer with strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for building high performing teams and scalable processes in a fast-paced production environment. 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a fast-paced production or agency environment. The Design Manager is expected to spend the majority of their time leading, mentoring, and developing the design team while remaining actively involved in design work as business needs require.
