Graphic Design Manager

Juneau Construction Company is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to lead and elevate the visual expression of the Juneau brand— from proposal materials to corporate communications, digital content, jobsite signage, events, and beyond. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of design strategy and execution, ideal for a hands-on creative professional who can both direct the vision and build the work. Collaborate with Visual Media Manager and marketing team on photo and video content for social media, project storytelling, corporate communications, and recruitment efforts. Partner with Marketing + Brand Coordinator to develop Juneau-branded merchandise and swag, ensuring all items reflect Juneau’s brand standards.
