Acting as the link between internal stakeholders and external agencies, you will ensure that design execution istimely, aligned with brand guidelines, and adapted to local market needs.Working in a matrix organization, you will manage multiple design flows simultaneously-balancing strategic input with hands-on coordinationand planning.You’llcollaborate closely with Marketing, Technical Packaging, and suppliers to ensure each design meets business, regulatory, and production requirements whilemaintainingconsistency and efficiency.This is a hybrid role based inPhiladelphia.The role reports to the SeniorManagerGraphic and Pack Design,in the Master Brand & Communications Teamin the Continence Care Category
