In this role, the Graphic Designer will be tasked with creating high-quality visual content in collaboration with each of S.I.R’s core departments: Marketing Research, Strategic Consulting, and Creative Services. The Graphic Designer will have the opportunity to participate in projects both externally and internally, contributing to the development and reinforcement of our client’s and S.I.R’s brand identities. This also includes working closely with S.I.R’s web and social media team to develop weekly graphic-driven content and templates that can be used in both paid and organic digital campaigns. In addition to design expertise, candidates must be excellent communicators and writers who are multi-taskers, self-starters, and able to meet tight deadlines. • The ability to co-lead or independently work on projects within timelines and budgets.
