Graphic Design Manager, Continence Care

Acting as the link between internal stakeholders and external agencies, you will ensure that design execution istimely, aligned with brand guidelines, and adapted to local market needs. Working in a matrix organization, you will manage multiple design flows simultaneously-balancing strategic input with hands-on coordinationand planning.You’llcollaborate closely with Marketing, Technical Packaging, and suppliers to ensure each design meets business, regulatory, and production requirements whilemaintainingconsistency and efficiency.
