As the Graphic Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and production of visual materials supporting our sales team for the Corporate Services division of Compass Group. Responsibilities: • Manage and assist a team of creatives that produce compelling, innovative design work for use in high-level, strategic proposals and presentations • Travel to support presentations on-site at client locations - for practice as well as client-facing • Manage and design innovative and creative proposals based on collaboration with other Creative Team resources, client input, and sales director needs • Work comfortably as both a team player or independently, selecting the best course of action under tight deadlines • Facilitate approval and routing of creative projects • Ensure proper use of all design assets including logos and images • Catalog, name, and organize any created, original design assets • Consistently support and present new and out-of-the-box ideas for content design, and share best practices with other Creative teams and Compass Group • Research and engage with custom print vendors if necessary • Assist the Creative Director in overseeing projects for the Corporate Services Creative Team utilizing current workload, skill sets and experience • Train and onboard new associates in collaboration with Creative Director • Review and brainstorm strategy and template approaches Compass Corporate
