Primary Function The Graphic Design Manager oversees the daily operations of the Graphic Design team and ensures the delivery of high‑quality, brand‑aligned visual materials. Sitting within the Marketing team, this role manages Designer workload, supports project execution, and partners closely with Marketing, Corporate Communications, and other departments to meet organizational design needs. The Manager helps drive and maintain brand standards, provides hands‑on creative guidance, and supports the development of consistent corporate visual identity and shared design assets across the organization and its platforms. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Strong ability to lead and support a design team, fostering collaboration, team culture, and clear communication. * Strong design skills across digital and print channels, with experience in typography, layout, brand standards, templates, and visual storytelling.
