Graphic Design Manager, UI Health Marketing & Communications

The University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System (UI Health) provides comprehensive care, education, and research to the people of Illinois and beyond. UI Health is seeking an Graphic Design Manager, to join our UI Health Marketing & Communications team. This role will work under the direction of the Creative Director (CD), and will be responsible for creating high visual communications that are aligned with UI Health's brand and mission. • Team player – enjoys being part of a close-knit team • 6+ years of experience as a designer in a professional environment • Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from an accredited university • Thorough understanding of commercial printing, presentation graphics, and promo design production techniques to execute alternative, cost-saving production methods when necessary • Strong interpersonal and organization skills, as the designer will often interface with clients and be faced with settling issues regarding job priority, scope, budget, and scheduling.
