Graphic Design Managers

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We do not work weekends. Responsibilities: Create print-ready designs using Adobe Illustrator & InDesign Consult with customers to understand marketing and print needs Prepare and present quotes; close sales opportunities Manage customer accounts and build long-term relationships Prepare files for print (bleeds, crops, color calibration, imposition) Coordinate production timelines with internal team Upsell additional print, signage, promotional, and marketing products Ensure customer satisfaction from concept to delivery Qualifications: 2+ years graphic design experience Strong sales and customer-facing experience Proven ability to upsell and close orders Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Understanding of print production processes preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Major responsibilities: Communicate with customers via email and phone Quoting jobs and / or projects for customers (training available) Handle Design projects quickly and efficiently Control job proofing process Run printing and finishing equipment (training available) Assist in other areas of the store as needed You Must: Have good communication skills and be able to work in a team environment Be responsible and willing to learn Be neat/organized Be on time and deadline driven Have a solid work ethic and be able to multitask Technical Skills: Adobe Creative Cloud (required : Illustrator and InDesign) Microsoft Office Prepress / Layout for print production Knowledge of color management and bleed Print experience is a plus but not required Compensation: Starting rate is $19- $20/hr. Bonus opportunities available after one year of employment.
