Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a Graphic Design Specialist with experience in proposal development to support our marketing and business development efforts. This role focuses on the design and production of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to clearly and compellingly communicate our work and qualifications. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design and collateral development skills with an understanding of the proposal production process in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 2+ years of professional graphic design experience Demonstrated experience supporting proposal development (AEC or professional services preferred) Advanced proficiency and working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop highly preferred) Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Excellent organizational and time management skills Clear communication and ability to collaborate across teams
