Graphic Design, Marketing and Support for Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist and general real estate support person to help in marketing and promotion of agricultural, ranch, land, and traditional real estate properties. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing materials that increase brand awareness, and showcase our properties to prospective buyers and investors.

A strong understanding of real estate marketing is required, and experience in agricultural real estate is highly preferred. An active real estate license is preferred but not required.

Compensation and benefits depend on experience and are negotiable.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns for agricultural, ranch, land, and residential real estate listings.
Create compelling property marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, social media content, and digital advertisements.
Coordinate property photography, videography, drone footage, and virtual tours.
Manage company social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence.
Update and maintain listing information across MLS, land listing websites, company websites, and other marketing channels.
Create content highlighting agricultural properties, market trends, land values, and industry insights.
Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting on marketing effectiveness and lead generation.
Support agents and brokers with listing launches, client presentations, and branding initiatives.
Stay informed on agricultural and real estate market trends to identify marketing opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, communications, real estate, agriculture, or a related field.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Active real estate license or ability to obtain one.
Experience in agricultural, farm, ranch, land, or rural real estate marketing.
Knowledge of MLS systems and land-focused marketing platforms.
Photography, videography, drone, or graphic design experience.
Understanding of agricultural operations, land values, water rights, or rural property transactions.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is passionate about both real estate and agriculture, understands how to market unique land and rural properties, and can create effective campaigns that connect buyers with exceptional agricultural and real estate opportunities.

Real estate license preferred. Experience in agricultural real estate, farm, ranch, or land marketing is highly desirable.
