Job Summary The Graphic Design and Marketing Coordinator supports KDM’s sales and marketing initiatives through graphic design, digital marketing, and content development. Design print and digital marketing materials including brochures, sales collateral, presentations, trade show graphics, and promotional materials Maintain corporate brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing materials Create visual assets for advertising, email marketing, social media, and digital campaigns Support product launches and marketing initiatives with creative assets Assist with photography, content creation, and general marketing support projects Coordinate vendor relationships for marketing services and materials Provide general marketing and administrative support to the sales team Other duties as assigned Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Experience with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Experience with website management platforms such as WordPress Familiarity with social media management platforms Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing analytics Photography and basic video editing skills are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred One to three years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or digital marketing Experience in retail, POP display, packaging, or manufacturing marketing environments is a plus
