Contractor Solutions is a growing equipment rental and sales company serving underground utility contractors across five states. We specialize in heavy construction equipment, trench shoring, vacuum excavation equipment, pumps, and other specialized equipment.

We're looking for a highly motivated, creative, and driven Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our team in Altoona, Iowa.

This isn't your typical marketing position! We're looking for a self-starter who loves challenges, thinks outside the box, and can take an idea from concept to completion.

You'll work directly with the President of Contractor Solutions to develop exciting new marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand, and help keep our company on the leading edge of the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop creative marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising materials.
Manage and update our company website using WordPress.
Create engaging social media content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Design brochures, flyers, business cards, advertisements, banners, and promotional materials.
Create and edit graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Produce photography and video content featuring our equipment, employees, customers, and company events.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
Design promotional merchandise, including hats, shirts, apparel, and other branded products.
Work directly with customers and vendors on custom merchandise orders, designs, quotes, and fulfillment.
Assist with ASI promotional product sourcing, ordering, and marketing.
Develop QR codes and creative digital marketing tools.
Assist with e-commerce initiatives and online sales opportunities.
Manage projects from initial concept through final production and delivery.

Skills & Experience We'd Love to See

Experience with WordPress website management.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Social media marketing and content creation experience.
Photography, videography, and video editing skills.
Experience with email marketing platforms.
Graphic design and print production knowledge.
Familiarity with ASI promotional products and branded merchandise.
E-commerce experience or a willingness to learn.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
