Based in Tacoma, WA, we are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Design Assistant to join our close-knit team. About the Role This is a great opportunity for a recent or recent-ish college grad looking to grow their marketing and design career with meaningful, hands-on experience in a fast-moving company. What We're Looking For • Ability to work in-office 2 days per week: Tuesdays and Wednesdays • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) • Familiarity with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organizational and file management skills • Strong written and verbal communication: QA/QC skills • A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and follow through • Creative mindset with attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field preferred • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sugar or similar) a HUGE plus • Experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere and After Effects) a plus
