Our team thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and we are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer to support our brokers and marketing team. Responsibilities: • Assist brokers with day-to-day marketing projects, packages, and client materials • Design and post engaging content for company social media channels • Organize and facilitate weekly marketing/graphic design meetings • Support the graphic design team by delivering content, assisting with design, and managing workflow through project management software • Create, distribute, and manage daily broker email blasts, newsletters, and advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) • Coordinate signage projects, including working with contractors, sign shops, and brokers/landlords for property access • Manage and optimize online property listings and advertisements; maintain relationships with listing providers • Conduct light photography to keep marketing content and social media visually current • Maintain CRM data accuracy and manage document files to ensure they are organized and up to date • Update neighborhood maps, website listings, and marketing materials quarterly • Provide additional marketing or property management support as needed Compensation & Benefits: • $68,000 annual salary • Full-time, in-office position (40 hours/week) • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays) • Supportive, collaborative, and fun work environment Job Type: Full-time
