Contributing to graphics, prints, and repeat patterns for men’s and kids collections Helping develop mood boards and color stories for the season Assisting with concept development and bringing fresh ideas to the table Learning the technical side of production artwork — colorways, repeat structures, and file prep Helping keep our digital asset library tidy and organized Exploring trend resources and sharing what catches your eye with the team Joining design reviews and getting feedback on your work Currently studying (or recently graduated from) Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field Comfortable working in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop A portfolio that shows original print, pattern, or apparel graphic work Some exposure to repeat patterns, color separations, or print basics An eye for men’s and/or kids apparel aesthetics Bonus points for experience with CLO 3D or similar tools — but no worries if not Portfolio-worthy work on real collections A close-up look at the design process from concept through to production Genuine mentorship from people who enjoy sharing what they know A much clearer picture of where you want to take your design career Schedule: Part time, about 20 hours/ week Location: Hybrid — a mix of in-office and remote Pay: $20/hour Start Date: Flexible — targeting June 2026
