Supervisor: Director of Marketing and Communications Schedule: 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend and evening duties as necessary The Graphic Design and Multimedia Coordinator plays a vital role in creating and implementing the school's visual branding and message. Serves as a positive representative of IWA within the broader community Participates fully in the life and activities of the IWA community Serves all IWA families with compassion and respect Daily Website Maintenance Serve as primary front-end website administrator and designer Update pages with new information, photos, graphics, etc. For the 2024 - 2025 academic year, will be instrumental in a full website update Graphic Design Act as the School's primary graphic designer, working to craft compelling visual storytelling Create materials for multiple School departments, including Admissions, Advancement and Academics, designing programs, flyers, brochures, signs and more Lead design for The Word magazine, IWA's bi-annual publication Provide approval for various marketing materials including T-shirts and merchandise Create and implement various designs to further the school's visual language (stationery, email signature blocks, etc.) Design ads for social media and print Photography and Videography Shoot photos of IWA students, faculty, and staff for use in news stories on the school website, social media, Weekly Word digital Newsletter and The Word magazine Provide approval for various marketing materials including T-shirts and merchandise Shoot and edit video segments for use on the website and in direct email marketing Provide assistance as necessary with technology questions related to the website and server A four-year degree from a college or university or equivalent training program related directly to graphic design, digital media, or marketing communications At least 2 - 4 years of experience as a graphic designer, photographer/website manager Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (or other editing software), Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs Suite Experience with content management systems Technical knowledge of computers and cameras (as they pertain to this position) for job efficiency and future equipment upgrades (photo and video) Ability to meet tight deadlines, managing simultaneous projects and working with multiple stakeholders Please create, in a single PDF, your resume and three examples of brochures, branding design, flyers, ads, website screen shots or similar that showcase your work, as well as including links to any videos you have created.
