Graphic Design Office Administrative Assitant

Speedpro Imaging located in Eatontown  manufactures large printed graphics, banners , decals, trade show displays, vehicle wraps and lots more. We are a business to business model with a wide range of clients and capabilities. We are in the market for a full-time employee to help manage existing customer relationships and help us maintain an efficient office workflow.

Candidate will work hand in hand  on a daily  basis with the business owner and production manager. Candidate must be comfortable  multi-tasking.

Candidate will have many daily office responsibilities such as;

·         Answering all incoming calls and following through effectively and efficiently.

·         Communicating with clients & associates to stay on top of order deadlines.

·         Entering  all orders into our proprietary software.

·         Physically  working towards  completing orders. (cutting foam boards, hemming banners, packaging orders)

·         Learning how to “cost” our service so they can offer pricing to clients. (We will train)

·         Packaging Orders for shipping or deliveries.

Candidate must posses  the following skills to be able to perform well at this position;

·         They must be highly organized and detail oriented.

·         Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites, specifically Illustrator and Photo Shop.

·         Must  be comfortable communicating in writing an on the phone.

·         Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft’s Outlook email program.

We are open Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30 pm and Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
