Graphic Design Prepress Specialist

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating print-ready artwork, solving problems, and helping customers bring their ideas to life. What You'll Do Prepare customer files for print and ensure they are production-ready Design and update marketing materials like business cards, brochures, signage, mailers, and more Create proofs and communicate revisions with clients Operate within Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat Work closely with our production team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time Assist clients over the phone, by email, and in person Help welcome walk-in customers and help determine the best solution for their project Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service Help keep projects organized and moving through production Learn about our new equipment, print techniques, and specialty finishing as needed We're Looking For Someone Who Schedule
