Graphic Design & Presentation Specialist

Location: Hybrid (New York City preferred) or fully remote within the U.S. Duration: 6-month contract Pay Rate: $50/h - $58/h This role combines presentation design, branding, visual storytelling, and art direction while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and managing freelance presentation designers. Design executive presentations in PowerPoint and Google SlidesTranslate complex ideas, data, and marketing strategies into compelling visual storiesEnsure brand consistency across presentations and marketing materialsDevelop presentation templates, design systems, icon libraries, and visual assetsPartner with sales, marketing, and leadership teams on high-priority projectsProvide art direction and feedback to freelance presentation designersCreate presentations for keynote events, client pitches, webinars, and conferencesSupport additional creative needs including infographics and marketing collateral 8+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or art directionExpert-level PowerPoint and Google Slides skillsStrong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and FigmaOutstanding portfolio demonstrating presentation design, branding, typography, layout, and visual storytellingExperience creating presentation templates and maintaining brand standardsExcellent communication, organization, and project management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
