Benefits The Graphic Design & Production Manager will provide coordination of University Marketing and Public Relations daily support functions, including opening jobs, maintaining project management system, pulling weekly traffic reports and overdue tasks lists, assisting with department traffic meetings. Assisting with proofing, design, layouts, file preparation and production for a wide range of print and/or web related materials as well as other creative support. Essential Duties • Provide Production Director with administrative support relating to the flow of job requests and completion. • Add jobs to project management system as they are opened and update the jobs as the status changes.
