Graphic Design Production Assistant

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot large format printing, plotting, and cutting machinery Coordinate, distribute and install various signage at company stores including but not limited to large format vinyl decals and coroplast signs Properly communicates scheduled delivery of advertising to the end user along... with instructions for proper use and follow-up with end users to ensure proper execution Ensure quality and brand standards are upheld across all marketing materials Collaborate closely with marketing department to ensure integration of marketing efforts, on-brand messaging, and successful outcomes in support of the organization's strategic goals Participate in and complete other Marketing Department activities as assigned Ability to use a wide range of traditional and digital graphic design tools and software Experience with print and sign making machinery in order to take finalized art to its final form Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of sign production skills and design applications Able to manage a variety of timelines and multiple projects Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships Must have valid driver's license and be able to go between stores frequently without difficulty Earns the trust of others through open, honest communication and follow through Plans work and schedules activities so deadlines and objectives are met Respectfully interact with co-workers Accountable to act with integrity, adhere to company expectations of performance and behavior, abide by work rules and demonstrate high standards of moral and ethical conduct at all times Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to work independently and prioritize work EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS Required: Experience working with Adobe products.
