Duties and responsibilities • Independently handle customer consults, sales, estimates, graphic design, and creating print ready artwork • Understand pricing and characteristics of products offered to be able to make the best recommendations based on customer needs • Ensure that timelines are met and projects are delivered to the standards promised to the customer • Use design time effectively to move projects through pipeline quickly and meet client's design budgets • Cross-sell and up-sell products and services • Provide excellent customer service • Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner • Bring a positive attitude to work everyday • Ensure the team as a whole is successful by being willing and able to help other team members with shop projects and duties Quality Tinting & Signs has been in business on the Central Coast for over 20 years and has served over 25,000 customers.
