We are looking for someone with a BA in graphic design or equivalent certification, who can oversee our graphics department and bring their passion to our hard-working team. The ideal candidate is a creative individual who is fast-paced, highly motivated, gets a quality job done in a timely manner, as well as someone who doesn’t fold under stress and has great attention to detail. This position will work closely with clients to bring their concepts and advertisements to life through design. As director, you will be required to manage the day-to-day workflow of the creative department. Required Skills: • Must have color correcting experience • Adobe Creative Suite CS5 and above preferred • Experience designing advertisements and marketing material • The ability to create eye-catching and visually stunning work • Large format print experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Typography, color theory, and design concepts • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and a team player • Efficient time-management and organizational skills • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
