Role Summary The Graphic Design Production Lead is accountable for the end-to-end production, quality, and scalability of visual design assets across all digital customer touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of brand, technology, and execution, ensuring that luxury-grade design intent is translated into production-ready assets that perform flawlessly in online environments. Key Responsibilities • Own digital design production standards and workflows • Coordinate designs and implementation of user-interaces and designs for customer web, customer mobile, and staff mobile app initiatives • Ensure consistency across customer and staff toolsets • Partner with design and development teams • Manage design tools and platforms • Establish naming conventions, model structures, and version controls • Enable design reuse, modularization, and template-driven production • Ensure design outputs support downstream systems Required Experience & Skills • 8+ years in design production or BIM leadership • Deep expertise in AEC design tools and workflows • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and constructability • Experience in large-scale developments and/or infrastructure projects • Ability to translate business requirements into design standards • Strong customer-centric mindset balanced with operational rigor • Strong leadership and cross-disciplinary communication skills Preferred Qualifications & Skills • Experience operating in multi-business-unit or multi-industry environments.
