Graphic Design Production Coordinator

Have you always dreamed of working on the side of a mountain? The agency manages larger creative campaigns and projects while this position manages design updates to existing annual campaign materials (like special event promotions), signs, in-house printing and special smaller design projects. They communicate updates proactively, are obsessed with spreadsheets and project management tools, and love to support their team at special events. This position updates existing Adobe design files, produces (either in house or coordinating with vendors), installs and monitors the Zoo’s signs and some digital graphics and maintains frames/hardware inventory under direction of the senior marketing manager. ● Strong organizational skills for coordinating projects, managing design files, inventory and materials.
