Role Summary The Graphic Design Production Lead is accountable for the end-to-end production, quality, and scalability of visual design assets across all digital customer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities 8+ years in design production or BIM leadership Deep expertise in AEC design tools and workflows Strong understanding of construction sequencing and constructability Experience in large-scale developments and/or infrastructure projects Ability to translate business requirements into design standards Strong customer-centric mindset balanced with operational rigor Strong leadership and cross-disciplinary communication skills Preferred Qualifications & Skills Experience operating in multi-business-unit or multi-industry environments.
