Graphic Design/ Production
Signs & Design is currently seeking a person with sign manufacturing experience/ graphic design for our growing custom sign business. Candidates with knowledge of tools, building, large format printers and graphics and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. This opportunity will be a full-time position: 35-40 hours/week, Monday-Friday. Full time benefits include medical, dental, and life insurance paid by the company. A company match 401K program is also part of the benefit package. Shortend work day on Fridays.
Pay that is posted is a range, but ideal candidate with multi faceted experience and a great work ethic can earn more.
Ideal candidates will have a general working knowledge of most tools and techniques involved with sign-making processes. Graphic Design experience is preferable. This person should be detail-oriented, organized, friendly, and able to communicate well with customers and staff. Good time management skills are a must! This person will rely on pre-established guidelines, collaborate with others, and work under indirect supervision at times. He or she will need to be flexible and able to adapt to daily changes to the production plan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day production plan and adapt as necessary
Weed, mask, measure and accurately install vinyl in shop and on site if needed.
Work on range of products including vinyl, wrap film, banners, aluminum signs, etc.
On-site sign installation (incl. measuring, drilling, post driver, digging holes, and filling with concrete) OR strong in graphic design skills and printer knowledge.
Assist customers in store, at job site, or on the phone as needed.
Load/Unload deliveries and client orders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
Education: Minimum high school graduate or equivalent. Valid Driver’s License.
Job-Related Experience: Prior sign manufacturing or vinyl install experience preferred. Experience with graphic design preferred. We will train the ideal candidate.
Job-Related Skills/Competencies: Ability to run power tools and/or printers. Must have great measurement skills and solid attention to detail.
Must be able to complete projects in a timely manner.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
