Reporting into the Creative Director, this role will collaborate across marketing, innovation, and creative to bring campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling to life across digital and physical touchpoints. We’re looking for someone who is beauty‑obsessed, deeply tapped into social‑first thinking and Gen Z culture, and naturally inspired by branding, typography, packaging, and visual storytelling. While this role will not manage direct reports, they will work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, and broader creative team on day‑to‑day design execution and brand storytelling. Contribute to the design of meeting materials, internal brand communications, and other collateral that brings the brand to life, including tools that support storytelling across sales touchpoints Bonus points if you have experience designing for motion, short‑form content, or social‑first storytelling
