Graphic Design (remote)

Outreach Strategists is a research, media, and public affairs firm doing work to improve lives through research, communication, outreach, and engagement. Here, we work with public and private sector clients operating in community health, politics, tech, education, housing, and mobility spaces.
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join us and help bring our creative visions to life. Position Overview We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to work on a variety of projects, from digital marketing materials to print collateral. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Create visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, and advertisements.
Collaborate with marketing and production teams to develop design concepts and strategies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices to improve and innovate continually.
Prepare final designs for various formats, ensuring they are optimized for different platforms and devices.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience with web design and multimedia is a plus.
