The Ideal Candidate Qualifications: • Must have reliable transportation • Must know the ins-and-outs of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite • Has 1 year+ creative design experience • Understand photography, typography, design, and best practices in creating for social media platforms • Values the importance of good copy and strategy as part of effective design for social • Has experience designing and creating ads for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube • Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated • Be able to execute designs and projects quickly • Proactively be able to manage their time, be self- sufficient, solution orientated, and is a self-starter • Have good interpersonal and communication skills Bonus Skills: • Motion Graphics • Photo Editing • Skilled creator for social media when using nothing but a phone • Photography • Animation • UX/UI knowledge • 3D Design ability • Previous work experience with technology team or developers The Rob Jensen Company is a human based company.
