Graphic Design / Sales and services officer

Job Description T 24 CUSTOM INK. is a family owned business that specializes in custom screen printing & heat press and embroidery. We are looking for a Sales and services officer with the following qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service/sales • Graphic Design background is a big advantage • Knowledgeable in screen printing & heat press, a plus • Open availability Monday-Friday, at least 3 days per week • Able to stand for duration of shift 10 hrs Job duties: • Answer Phones • Create Invoices & Estimates • Client Follow Ups • Prep Orders For Production • Assist Work Flow • Print Transparencies • Create Design Proofs • Update Production Schedules • Basic inventory counting • Collaborating with graphic designer on logo colors and placement • Willing to train
