Contra Costa County Employment and Human Services Department Office of the Director, Community Relations Unit Request for Interest (RFI) #715 Graphic Design Services The Contra Costa County Employment & Human Services Department (EHSD or Department) Community Relations Unit is seeking a professional graphic designer to collaborate with the Department’s Community/Media Relations Unit to design and produce collateral material. The printed and electronic tools will be used to showcase EHSD’s programs and services in a visually interesting and attractive way, and to represent the Department’s brand to our customers, community partners, media, elected leaders and administrators in county, state and federal government, as well as to those within the field of human services. Contract will be billable in arrears. Any response that does not demonstrate that the respondent meets the minimum qualifications below will be considered non-responsive and will not be eligible for award of the contract: 1\. If a satisfactory contract cannot be negotiated in a reasonable timeframe, EHSD, in its sole discretion, may terminate negotiations with the respondent(s) and begin contract negotiations with another qualified respondent(s).
