Graphic Design & Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to help tell our story visually and digitally. If you’re equal parts creative and organized—and love craft beer—you’ll fit right in. )Manage and optimize Meta and social media campaigns, including boosted posts and ad performanceOwn and manage digital advertising strategy and budget, promoting events, seasonal releases, and key announcementsCapture and produce in-house content (photo/video experience is a strong plus)Partner with Sales and Restaurant teams to deliver creative assets (digital + print) on tight timelinesJuggle multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and brand voiceWhat We’re Looking For: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is non-negotiable)Experience managing social media accounts and campaignsUnderstanding of marketing strategy, branding, and audience engagementAbility to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Canva or similar tools is a plusPhotography/videography skills are a bonusPerks of the Job: Huge bonus points if you are a craft beer enthusiast or have experience in the industryPay: From $45,000.00 per year
