Role Description: The Graphic Design & Social Media Content Assistant is a part-time hybrid role based in Boston, MA, with some flexibility to work from home. This role involves designing digital graphics and visual assets that support artist branding, promotional campaigns, and Bimstreet Entertainment’s overall visual identity.
Day-to-day tasks include creating social media content, optimizing graphics for multiple platforms, and collaborating with the team to develop cohesive visual stories for releases, events, and initiatives. The role also includes assisting with content scheduling, maintaining brand consistency, and adapting designs based on performance insights and feedback. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment and contributing ideas that enhance both the visual presence and engagement of the brand online.
Qualifications
Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and social media content.
Experience with Logo Design and Branding to support cohesive artist and company identities.
Strong understanding of Typography and layout for clear, engaging visual communication.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
Ability to create content tailored to social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.).
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfort collaborating with artists and team members, and openness to iterative feedback.
Prior experience in music, entertainment, or cultural initiatives is an advantage but not required.
Compensation and Growth Opportunity
This is currently an unpaid, part-time position. Bimstreet Entertainment is in an active period of building, resource development, and partnership cultivation. However, this position will serve as a basis for an
anticipated job vacancy.
