Required Qualifications: • 1-3+ years experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role • Stellar portfolio demonstrating a refined aesthetic sense, a strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory • High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator • Experience designing for print collateral • Ability to adapt to a brand’s existing visual style • Photo editing and some retouching experience • Broad operating range – you think strategically and have an impeccable eye for detail with a strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, layout • Self-starter who is resourceful and flexible – has the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines on multiple simultaneous projects • Obsessively detail-oriented – able to manage all the details and meet a high bar for accuracy and quality • Collaborative – able to contribute to a cross-functional team while maintaining open communication and feedback • Experience working in a startup environment and designing for children is a plus Specific details about these benefits will be shared if an offer of employment is extended.
